Pregnancy Decoded 101
The course is designed for those considering pregnancy or who are newly pregnant. With a duration of 3 hours, which can be covered in 1 or 2 sessions, the course covers essential topics to prepare for a healthy and positive pregnancy. Participants will learn about the three trimesters of pregnancy, including the anatomy and physiology of each, as well as the physical and emotional changes that occur during each stage. The course also covers maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise, how to choose a care provider, and warning signs to look out for during pregnancy and when to contact their care provider. This comprehensive course provides participants with the knowledge they need to have a successful pregnancy.​

The 3 trimesters - anatomy & physiology - physical & emotional changes: This topic provides an overview of the three trimesters of pregnancy and the physical and emotional changes that are commonly experienced during each trimester. The course covers the anatomy and physiology of the pregnant body, including the development of the fetus.
